This survey will disclose any potential conflicts in title that may impact the limits of your claim to the land based upon recorded documents supplied to the surveyor. This is based upon documentation examined by the surveyor working together as a partner with your title insurance company and closing attorney in support of you, the buyer or seller. If documents are supplied to the surveyor contained within your title report, the surveyor can review this information and reflect them appropriately on the survey. This survey is not intended to be used to guide construction or the erection of fences and does not include property corner markers.
